I get one of these in my Platt College email about once per week. There are usually some pretty great opportunities out there for culinary externs if you are willing to look, and travel. At most culinary schools the requirements for an an extern are pretty similar. Places like this know the drill, and depend on externs to staff their busy properties year-round. Take a look. This place looks like a medieval castle. They have seven food outlets on-premise. Wow!
