Chef Pat Morris - Vegetable & Fruit Carving Demo

  1. Thank God I found your videos! This is where I can easily admit I'm the weakest, food carving. So watching Chef Morris gives me a hope that, with practice, I can become pretty good at this myself.

    It's kind of funny... I've been catering and producing parties for a long time. So how I got out of it (something that has been asked for by some of my customers), is beyond me. And I'm not proud to admit that, either. But I'll keep at it (I think for me, it's more about having patience more than anything) so that I can get good at it.

    Some of my first carvings aren't anything worth bragging about. But I know that with time and practice, I can get good at it.
