Amazing Chaine des Rottisseurs Dinner at Foundations

Tuesday Night, August 16th, Foundations restaurant at the Culinary Institute of Platt College Tulsa hosted the latest Chaine dinner. Over 60 participants enjoyed a 4 course dinner with passed Hors d'Oeuvres, Grilled Mozzarella and Chorizo Appetizer, Cured duck w/ house made ravioli, and a Chocolate beggars purse for dessert. Dinner was accompanied by 4 outstanding wines chosen by Chef Tim Fitzgerald our in house Sommelier.

The Chaines has been a great supporter of culinary education and Tulsa has one of the strongest, most active memberships in the Midwest with 100 members. See link for Chaine below.
