Pizza Day - Pastry Arts AM (International Breads Class)

In every International Breads course, the students make pizzas! But these pizzas are not your typical pizzas! They are classic and non-typical and we sell them for $5.00 to the staff, students, and visitors at the campus. The students run their stations and deliver completed tickets through Cafe Broccato. This gives them a real-world experience in a restaurant setting. Now they will be ready for their final practical examination for International Bread. They did a fantastic job! The menu and photos are below.









Pizza Menu


Cyclops Pizza
Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Candied Onions & Jalapenos,
Crispy Bacon, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheeses,
Finished with a fried egg & a splash of Tabasco

Classic Margherita
Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Topped with Roma Tomatoes & Sweet Basil

Fig & Goat Cheese
Garlic Infused Olive Oil, White Sauce, Prosciutto,
Dried Fig, Chevre & Parmesan Cheese, Garnished with
Fresh Baby Arugula

Shrimp Primavera
Classic Red Sauce, Garlic Shrimp, Roasted Vegetables
Topped with Mozzarella Cheese


Awesome Apple
Cream cheese filling topped with Apple Compote,
Fresh Streusel & garnished with Cinnamon Sugar


Cookie Monster
Pastry cream filling with Cookie Dough pieces,
Garnished with chocolate shavings
