Platt College Chef-Instructor Jonathan Groth competes in the Oswalt Culinary Cook-Off. Chef Groth took 3rd place.
Since 1979, Platt College has existed with one purpose; to create a workforce of professionals with the skills and training necessary to answer the needs of today's and tomorrow's workplace.
